Time: Gather at 6:30pm. Ritual to start at 7:00pm.
Location: Upper Marlboro, MD. Directions sent upon RSVP.
Come ready to invite the Mighty and Beloved Ancestors to join us in the realms between the worlds as we pour libations, invoke the gods and goddesses of life and death, and dance around the eldritch fires.
There is a communal potluck feast after the ritual, and this event is held primarily out of doors in a wooded area.
This year we are requesting a donation of $10/person to defray cost of materials and venue rental, but those who cannot pay will not be turned away.
You must register/RSVP for this event by Thursday, October 29. More details will be sent upon inquiry. You can RSVP through email at angela@becomingdc.org

Becoming’s monthly Circle of Connection is our core tradition. It is here that we come together to build and strengthen our connections with the world around us, each other, and the Divine. The road to membership in Becoming begins and ends with the monthly Circle of Connection.
The circle provides a safe space to temporarily step outside of the hectic pace of our daily lives to re-affirm our relationships with the divine that infuses everything that is. It is a time of thanksgiving and healing with caring and fun people.
After dinner, we will have a Journeys discussion session for members who are currently doing a Journey and those friends and members interested in doing one in the future.

Time: 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Location: Private residence in Silver Spring, MD
RSVP Required - Angela (at) Becomingdc.org
Our topic this month will be: The Divine Heart Mudra — “I honor and cherish the Divine within you.”
Our process is simple. We create sacred space. We ground and center in our bodies in the here and now. There is a short check-in to find out what everyone is feeling. The topic or questions are posed, and we sit quietly together for a few minutes to listen to our heart’s response. Each person allows themselves to speak from the heart as we all listen and witness. This openness allows for us to deepen our connections to one another and learn from ourselves and each other.
