– Board elections
– Bylaws discussion and voting

3pm - 4pm
– afternoon break — I’m making this long to give us some wiggle room in case topics go longer but also to give us social/let off steam time

4pm - 6pm
– budget 2010
– 501(c)3 discussion

Dinner out at local eating establishment to be determined (optional).
