Full Moon/Lughnassadh

"We have come together from many peoples, many paths and many traditions. We come together to worship in a common circle, while not forgetting the gods and spirits we each hold in our own
hearts.

"Today, we celebrate the full moon and the festival of Lughnassadh.  We especially honor Lugh, the bright-haired warrior of the Celts.  Lugh of the long arm, Lugh, the lord of the sun in the sky and the grain in the field- warrior, poet, craftsman- Lugh of the skillful hand! We call you! Be with us now as we celebrate your festival day.

"We also honor Arianrhod, queen of the moon and the sea, powerful sorceress, maker of fate. Arianrhod, Lady of the Silver Wheel! We call you! Be with us tonight as we celebrate the power of the full moon."
